Requirements
Must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a residency program in family medicine
Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).
Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state where the facility is located.
Commitment to ongoing education and keeping up-to-date with advancements in family medicine.
