Requirements

  • Must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Completion of a residency program in family medicine

  • Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).

  • Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state where the facility is located.

  • Commitment to ongoing education and keeping up-to-date with advancements in family medicine.
